REGISTRATION
How can I register and visit the exhibition?
Please complete the visitor registration form on our website, and you will automatically receive a visitor registration badge in your email.
Are there any fees for visiting the exhibition?
No, the entry is for free.

EXHIBITING
If you have any inquiries about exhibitors’ and visitors’ visa issuing, please contact sjs@sela.sa. Visas for non-GCC nationals may take several weeks to issue, so please confirm your booking to avoid any delay. Sela Expo accepts no responsibility for denials or delays in visa processing.

Is reserving a space free of charge?
It is free of charge. However, we will reserve the space for two days until payment.
What is the cost of the SQM for the Space Only?
Hall 01: SAR 5625 (USD 1,500) per SQM
Hall 02: SAR 4690 (USD1, 250) per SQM
Hall 03: SAR 3675 (USD 980) per SQM
Prices do not include 15% VAT
Can I design and execute my own Stand?
Yes, by designing your own stand, you will create a distinctive exhibition space that perfectly reflects your brand identity.

What are the safety measures adopted during the exhibition?
The security team is available on site around the clock, seven days a week to ensure the security of the exhibition and its booths. However, don’t leave any valuables items inside the booths.
CANCELLATION
What is the refund and cancellation policy related to the tickets?
- Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be changed or exchanged.
- In case of event postponement, cancellation or rescheduling by the event organizer, on these occasions tickets will be refunded to the Ticketmx e-wallet.
- Early arrival is recommended, and the organizer shall have the right to refuse any late entries and the ticket holder shall not have the right to claim for any reimbursement of the ticket price or any compensation whatsoever.
